Lembaga Fajar Harapan (Lembaga FH) is a non-profit and independent social organization, with activities that oriented in community change and development, community development & community empowerment, which head office is located at Jl. Isack Panjaitan No. 116, Medan, Indonesia.

Our Agriculture Department is in search of employees for position Community Development Facilitator (CDF) in Calang Aceh Jaya District based and Padang Pariaman District based With the following minimum qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree (S1) in Agricultural Science
• Male
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Has good willingness to serve farmers community and possess adult-teaching method and knowledge transfer skills.
• Honest, self motivated, hardworking, and able to handle work under pressure & tight due date.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word programs, excel and presentation.
• Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities, and able to work in a team.
• Good in time management

Job Summary

1. Liaise with the government, agriculture department, and expertise in related field to facilitate the agriculture program implementation activities.
2. Introduce the program to the community through socialization and awareness program.
3. Implemented agriculture program issue (organic paddy cultivation, horticulture cultivation and cocoa in Calang based and organic paddy cultivation in padang pariaman based).
4. Conduct a baseline survey among the new members.
5. Facilitate group meetings and monitor beneficiaries' business progress regularly
6. Encourage each member to practice the better ways of farming.
7. Write impact stories and collect candid photos using the given format and guidelines.
8. To perform other responsibilities related as requested by Agriculture Coordinator.
